Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 90 days for a refund or exchange.

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order information to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Our products include a limited lifetime warranty covering factory defects only.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

• If you suspect a factory defect, contact our support team with a detailed description and proof of purchase. The product may need to be returned for inspection.

• If confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you.

• Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item, minus the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
